Thank you so much for Menumade. My husband, Mike, receives your recipes and is producing the most delicious, well cooked and presented meals - AND - is really enjoying doing so. We have been married 47 years and he has cooked about four meals in that time. His biggest problem is that he found "ordinary" recipes difficult to follow, for example, baste, saute, reduce etc etc, to a non experienced cook those words were meaningless. Your recipes and menus have made it so easy for him and with the bonus to both of us of the end result being interesting and very tasty dishes. Needless to say I have enjoyed the time off immensely! "Struggling with health issues suddenly made me aware of the importance of a sound immune system. This means lots of fresh food, illiminating the processed foods so full of chemicals and other none essential additives. "So often I comment on how wonderful Menumade is but never get around to telling you so at last want to write and tell you how much we have appreciated Menumade. After spending 8 years in Bangkok buying 3 meals a day I've got to admit my cooking skills had lapsed somewhat. Also there were many new things in the supermarket I didn't have a clue about. I wish I had known about Menumade 10 years ago when I first got back - but of course it wasn't happening then. It has introduced many new ingredients to me, and styles of cooking that I hadn't bothered trying - and all so simple. My husband has been on at me for years to do a meal plan - but I never got around to it. Now I have one made for me - recipes included! We eat lots more vegies. It is economical. I love all the new recipes and try them all - it always surprises me who in the family likes them and who doesn't. We eat a lot more fish - which we have always been keen on but now eat much, much more.
